Mother Earth needs to rest. That is why we recycle.

Every tonne of steel we recover is a tonne that never has to be mined, smelted and shipped from ore again. We buy ferrous and non-ferrous scrap across the continent, decommission the plant, fleet and structures it comes from, pay for it on valuation before the dismantling is done, and sell it into the mills that need it. Four desks, one weighbridge ticket, and our own Kenya customs record published so you can check the scale rather than take a claim on trust.

Our reach

Over 300 locations across Africa

Scrap is heavy and worthless to move unless somebody is buying at the other end. Our collection network puts a buying point within reach of the seller, from a workshop in Nairobi to a mine site across the border, which is what turns a pile of steel into money.

Where the scrap comes from

Every industry retires plant, structures and fleet. The desks are the same; what changes is how the material comes down and what the paperwork has to show.

  • Manufacturing

Production offcuts, rejects, turnings and retired lines, collected weekly and paid per weighbridge ticket.

  • Construction and demolition

Structural steel, rebar and frames taken down in sections, with the contractor paid lot by lot as the steel comes off.

  • Transport and fleet

End-of-life trucks, buses and yellow plant, depolluted and stripped, with non-ferrous and catalytic content valued separately.

  • Energy and utilities

Transformers, switchgear, cable and substation plant, decommissioned safely and recovered for copper and steel.

  • Agriculture and agro-processing

Mills, dryers, tanks and processing lines at the end of their life, cleared between seasons to keep the site working.

  • Mining and heavy industry

Crushers, conveyors, heavy machinery and plant buildings, dismantled on site and shipped as graded scrap.
